We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on one-off purchases of AI Tools 4 U products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may notify us within 30 days of the purchase date and request a full refund. No explanation is required.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.

This guarantee applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subscriptions (where offered)

Where Services are provided on a subscription basis:

- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced

- you may cancel your subscription at any time

- cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

- partial or pro-rata refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription, except where required by law

The 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to subscription renewals or recurring subscription charges.

Consumer protection laws in your country may provide you with additional rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.

11. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Mediation will take place in Sydney, Australia unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

18. AI Model Training and Data Retention

We do not train our own AI models using your prompts, inputs or user-generated content.

Our Services rely on third-party artificial intelligence platforms. These platforms may process or store data in accordance with their own privacy policies and technical settings. Where available, we configure systems to minimise data retention and to prevent the use of customer inputs for model training; however, we cannot guarantee the behaviour of third-party providers.

We do not access or review individual user prompts or outputs except where necessary to provide support, comply with law, or maintain system security.

User data is generally retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to lawful and technical limitations.
